Michael Hoste

Michael Hoste is the founder of OutsourceBoutique, which he started in October 2018, and is based in Eeklo.

He has also worked across several Belgian casino operators. At Casino Middelkerke Betfirst he was marketing manager from July to December 2022, returned in July 2024 in an accounting role, and took up the head of accounting position in July 2025, both running to May 2026. Between those periods he was an administrative employee at O.I.L / Sicaf from March 2023 to June 2024, and before that a manager at Belcasinos S.A from August 2021 to June 2022.

His earlier experience was at CASINO KURSAAL OOSTENDE, where he was a summer intern from June to September 2018 and then marketing assistant from September 2019 to July 2021, with an internship at Casino Oostende from March to May 2019. From August 2014 to July 2017 he worked at Hels BVBA.

He studied SME management and business administration at HOGENT between 2015 and 2020.
