Mike Heremans

Mike Heremans is the founder and chief executive officer of trickle, a company he started in December 2022. He is based in Belgium, and has been a senior enterprise architect at ECZION since September 2017.

Heremans studied applied information technology at UC Leuven-Limburg, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2012. He began his career that year as a Drupal consultant at Prosite, then joined Trasys in September 2012, where he worked until December 2017 as a community lead, project manager and senior analyst.

From January 2018 to January 2024 he was a director and enterprise architect at Inno.com. During that period he also held a series of architecture roles: enterprise architect and business architect at KBC Bank & Verzekering from 2018 to 2019, enterprise data architect at SWIFT in 2021, enterprise architect at Johnson & Johnson from 2021 to 2022, enterprise data architect at EDF Luminus in 2022, and chief enterprise architect in the AI division of bpost from October 2022 to January 2024.
