Milan Pelgrims
Milan Pelgrims is a recruitment professional based in Antwerp. In November 2023 he founded In Five Years, where he works as talent partner. He also held talent partner roles at ML6, in AI consulting, from January to April 2024, and at Companions, in private equity, from March to June 2024.
He joined Board of Innovation as a senior recruiter in December 2018 and from August 2020 until December 2023 was its lead recruiter and recruitment manager. Before that he worked at Crestron EMEA from June 2016 to December 2018 as an HR officer and product manager for HRIS.
Pelgrims studied at UC Leuven-Limburg, completing a bachelor's degree in social work in 2014, a bachelor's degree in international cooperation North South in 2015 and a bachelor's degree in advanced business management in 2016.
