Morgann Dawance

Morgann Dawance is the CEO of Leadix, a company he co-founded in January 2022 and has led as chief executive since May 2024. He is based in Brussels, and states his expertise as lead generation, go-to-market strategy, sales, outbound marketing and sales growth.

He has been a certified Lemlist partner since November 2023 and a certified outbound expert with lemlist since January 2024. Since January 2024 he has also been a founding member of the Playground By LGM at La Growth Machine, and he has been a laureate of Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles since January 2021.

Earlier, he founded Shak & Kai, which he ran from January 2019 to December 2021, and Outside The Box, which he founded in November 2021 and led until December 2022.

Dawance studied at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, completing a bachelor's degree in business engineering between 2013 and 2016 and a master's degree in business engineering between 2016 and 2018. In 2017 he spent a period as an exchange student at the University of Maryland.
