Murari Sharan
Murari Sharan is Chief Operating Officer of PletraTech, a role he took up in February 2024. He is based in Pune.
Before joining PletraTech, he spent more than three decades at Hindalco Industries Limited, where he was a manager from March 1988 until December 2023. He had previously worked as a production specialist at Hindware Limited from January 1987 to March 1988, and as a production assistant at Dabur India Limited from March 1985 to December 1986.
Sharan studied chemistry at Rajendra College, Chapra, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in December 1984. Between December 2010 and November 2012 he completed a Master of Business Administration in operations management and supervision at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune.
