Nara Moripen

Nara Moripen is co-founder and CEO of Pal, a company she co-founded in January 2022. She is based in Amsterdam and states expertise in startups, entrepreneurship, public speaking and business strategy.

Between September 2021 and March 2022 she was an entrepreneur in residence at Antler. She spent three years at EY-Parthenon, joining as a consultant in February 2019, becoming a senior consultant in October 2019 and an engagement manager in September 2021. Before that she was an associate in consulting at IQVIA from 2017 to 2019. In 2016 and 2017 she co-founded TEDxEBS, and she held earlier internships at Accenture in 2016, DNB in 2015, FMC Technologies in 2014 and CDP Group, Ltd. in 2013.

She holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialisation in Strategy from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, completed between 2015 and 2017, and a bachelor's degree in International Business with Chinese and Finance from Regent's University London, studied from 2011 to 2014. During that period she spent exchange semesters at Zhejiang Gongshang University and Beijing Language and Culture University, studying languages.
