Natacha Van Vlaenderen
Natacha Van Vlaenderen is the founder and managing partner of cartiere, based in Brussels. She founded the company in September 2018 and has since also worked there as senior talent and account manager for data and AI.
Before that she spent six years at Target Recruitment, joining in August 2012 as a senior BI recruitment consultant, becoming a principal BI recruitment consultant in October 2015 and taking up the role of senior BI recruiter and team lead from July 2017 until August 2018. Earlier she completed an internship at Add Value in the spring of 2012 and a summer job at TOBIUS in 2011.
She studied applied psychology at Lessius Hogeschool between September 2009 and February 2012.
