Nathalie Noiret

Nathalie Noiret is a co-founder based in Brussels. She founded Kala in March 2024 and is its chief executive. She has also been a partner at dink since November 2020 and has run Nathalie Noiret Consulting, working in HR technology, since January 2018.

From June 2025 to May 2026 she was senior HR business partner and HRIS lead at POLITICO Europe, and between August 2024 and March 2025 she managed HR administration and payroll at Avertim. Earlier roles include HR project professional at Fugro in 2023, human resources consultant at Nova Reperta in 2020 and interim manager at Theo Technologies in the first half of 2020. She joined Enhesa in April 2015 as HR manager and was chief HR officer there from January 2017 to July 2019, having previously been HR manager for Belgium at Tech Mahindra. She held HR and legal manager posts at NTP Radioisotopes and Best Medical International, worked at the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles first as a lawyer and then as head of the cellule d'appui aux directions, and was a product manager at Wolters Kluwer Belgium.

She holds a master in law from the Université catholique de Louvain and a European Master in Human Resources from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
