Nick Chen
Nick Chen is a designer at feelin, based in Brooklyn. From May 2016 to December 2024 he was founder and CEO of HYPE.
Before that he was director of design at Dots Communications, Inc. from November 2014 to September 2015, and a designer at Esper, Inc. from November 2013 to November 2014. He worked as a UX design engineer at CloudPhysics between July and November 2013, and earlier held contract roles as a product design contractor at Tango, a branding and product strategy consultant with Stanford Marketing Group, and a graphic design contractor at Vendavo, all between 2011 and 2012. He was album manager for Stanford Mixed Company from May 2010 to September 2011 and interned in the Dell business unit at Quanta Computer in the summer of 2010.
Chen studied product design at Stanford University, graduating with a BS in 2013. At San Mateo High School, which he attended from 2005 to 2009, he served as class president, student body president, and president and lead prosecutor of the mock trial team, and interned at BroadVision in 2008.
