Nick Haverals

Nick Haverals is a company director based in Antwerp. Since April 2026 he has been CEO of Finn HR and a board member of Purple Panda, the company he led as CEO from October 2017 to March 2026. He is also owner and chief architect of Safety Workwear Shop, a role he took up in January 2025, co-founder of BlackBear AI Labs since January 2023, and a board member of FeWeb since December 2023. He was CEO of EasyCatalog.be from January 2024 to March 2026, co-founder of Chunky AI from January 2023 to March 2026, CEO of Booky from January 2021 to March 2026, and president of ACE powered by UNIZO between September 2023 and December 2024.

Earlier he was chief marketing officer of Bideo, marketing manager at JLR Metropool, BMW Jorssen Noord & Zuid and MINI Antwerp Store South by Jorssen, digital development manager and bicycle mobility advisor at ADRIAENSSENS MANAGEMENT EN BEHEER HOLDING, and product and account manager at Carflow. He co-founded Uni-Cycle in September 2015, and held student and trainee positions at BMW Group, BMW Jorssen NV and AGO Jobs & HR.

Haverals studied industrial engineering and applied economics at the University of Antwerp, spent part of 2015 at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, and completed an MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2022.
