Nick Van Hoof

Nick Van Hoof is the founder of Ordolio, a company he started in September 2023, and is based in Heist-op-den-Berg. From October 2020 until April 2025 he was VP of Technology at Trans-IT, and between February 2020 and February 2025 he was a co-founder of ServerlessDays Belgium.

Earlier in his career he worked as a cloud developer at Cloudway from February to September 2020. He was a software developer at Nike from April 2018 to April 2020 and an IT developer at Ordina Belgium from February 2018 to February 2020, having previously held IT developer and junior software developer positions at BNP Paribas Fortis and Sogeti. In the spring of 2017 he taught mathematics at VTI Leuven.

Van Hoof studied at KU Leuven, completing a master's degree in industrieel ingenieur elektromechanica between 2010 and 2014 and a burgerlijk ingenieur degree in aerospace engineering in 2015.
