Nico Huybrechts
Nico Huybrechts is the owner and CEO of Datashift, a position he has held since January 2015. He is based in Antwerp.
Since October 2018 he has also served on the board of Konligo, and in September 2022 he became a fellow of Belgium's 40 under 40.
Before founding Datashift, Huybrechts was a senior manager at Papilium from May to November 2014. He spent the preceding years at Deloitte, where he was a manager from March 2007 to May 2012 and again from June 2012 to May 2014.
He studied economics and mathematics at Sint-Jozefscollege Beringen from 1998 to 2002, then took a master's degree in applied economics at KU Leuven, completing it in 2006. In 2017 he returned to KU Leuven for a postgraduate programme in big data and analytics.
