Nicolas Bioul

Nicolas Bioul is the chief executive officer of OpenHub, a role he has held since September 2022, and is based in Boston. He has been a PhD candidate at ICTEAM - UCLouvain since August 2025 and corporate outreach officer at TRAIL - TRusted AI Labs since September 2023.

At the Université catholique de Louvain he has worked as a research assistant since June 2022, having previously been a course assistant there between September 2019 and July 2022. From June 2020 to June 2022 he was a commercial banking specialist in the AI division of bpost.

He studied applied mathematics at the Université catholique de Louvain, completing a bachelor's degree between 2014 and 2019 and a Master of Engineering between 2019 and 2022.
