Nicolas Honorez

Nicolas Honorez is the founder and chief commercial officer of RealSuite CRM, a company he founded in March 2025. He is based in Brugge.

He spent two decades at Skarabee, joining in 2005 as senior account manager and holding that role until June 2019, then serving as sales manager from July 2019 to October 2021 and as sales director from October 2021 until January 2025. From May 2014 to October 2025 he was chief executive of Wenbrew BV. He began his career at Carlsberg Importers, where he worked as a sales representative from September 1998 to September 2005.

Honorez studied economics at Sint-Leocollege Brugge and took a bachelor's degree in marketing at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen from 1995 to 1998. He trained as an estate agent at Syntra West Kortrijk between 2009 and 2012, and followed a course in artisanal beer brewing at Syntra West Brugge in 2013.
