Noman Ahmad

Noman Ahmad is the founder of brighterbins and is based in Islamabad. Since June 2026 he has also been a business analyst at the Pakistan Digital Authority.

He joined Pakistan Single Window (PSW) in February 2022 as an associate IT business system analyst and became a business analyst there in December 2023, remaining until June 2026. Before that he was a business analyst at Mahir.pk from May 2021 to February 2022 and a system analyst at AlgoRepublic from March 2021 to February 2022, having spent the previous year as a business analyst at Atmos. He was a project manager at SINOPAK IRISIDG (Pvt) Ltd from February 2019 to January 2020, and in 2018 worked as a database administrator at the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Peshawar Model Educational Institutes (PMEI).

He studied computer software engineering at City University of Science and Information Technology, graduating in 2016, after completing a pre-engineering diploma at Peshawar Model Degree College. He lists agile methodologies, data visualisation and business development among his areas of expertise.
