Octavian Susnea
Octavian Susnea is the CEO of fan-arena and is based in Gent. He founded Fan Arena in October 2015, and since October 2020 has also led software development at HCC Partners. Between December 2012 and December 2015 he was co-founder and CTO of PointerPro, and from October 2010 to December 2012 he worked as a professional consultant at CSC. He founded SneakersGames VOF in June 2009 and remained with it until May 2019, and from August 2009 to April 2011 he was co-founder and vice president of the Ghent Goblins.
He studied applied economics at Ghent University, completing a master's degree between 2005 and 2010, after finishing secondary education in science and mathematics at Sint-Barbaracollege from 1999 to 2005. He gives his areas of expertise as fantasy sports, digital marketing, digital transformation, fan engagement and digital media.
