Oguz Poyraz

Oguz Poyraz is based in Lokeren, where he is the owner of Poycon. He has been with Poycon since December 2020, first as general manager and, from May 2025, as its owner. Since February 2022 he has also been the owner of OSP SOLUTIONS.

From May 2021 he worked at Solutions30 Belgium as a business unit manager, moving to a program manager role in September 2021 and remaining until July 2025. Before that he was a project manager for infrastructure at Circet Benelux from October 2018 to April 2021, an assistant project manager for infrastructure at Electrabel from October 2017 to October 2018, and a supervisor of infrastructure works at Fluvius from August 2015 to October 2017.

Between January 2019 and December 2024 he sat on the municipal council of Stad Lokeren, and from April 2019 to December 2024 he was a member of the board of directors of Vitaz.

He studied Applied Computer Science at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 2009 to 2012. He lists problem solving, supervisory and organisational skills, leadership and Microsoft Office among his areas of expertise.
