Olivier Dhondt
Olivier Dhondt is a co-owner of q-access, a role he took up in December 2025. He is based in Zwevegem. Since January 2023 he has also been a co-owner of VANTRO, formerly M&M Conversion.
Before that he spent close to seven years at DAMACO GROUP, where he joined in April 2016 as sales manager for the MENA region and went on to hold the roles of project manager, operations and development coordinator, and, from November 2020 until January 2023, business development manager.
He followed several programmes at Vlerick Business School, covering strategy in 2020, essentials in finance in December 2020 and operational management in 2021, and took part in the Internationalisation through Digitalisation programme at Voka in 2018 and 2019.
