Olivier Van Borsel

Olivier Van Borsel is the chief executive officer of Corporify, based in Ghent. He joined the company in September 2019 as chief commercial officer and legal tech expert, and took up the role of CEO in November 2023.

Before joining Corporify, he spent close to six years at Deloitte Legal, where he worked as a corporate M&A lawyer from October 2013, on the US Desk from October 2016, and in legal tech from January 2019. He began his career at BNP Paribas Fortis, joining as a commercial banking trainee in January 2011 and working as a credit analyst from May 2012 until September 2013.

Van Borsel studied law at KU Leuven, completing a master's degree in 2009, and took a master's degree in marketing management at Vlerick Business School in 2010. He obtained an LLM in business law at the University of Antwerp in 2013, and returned to Vlerick Business School in 2019 for a certificate of participation in digital leadership.
