Paeivi Talvitie
Paeivi Talvitie has been Managing Director of Prothya Biosolutions since July 2021. She came to the role from Sanquin Oy, where she was Managing Director from March 2020 and, before that, Business Manager from December 2018.
Talvitie had worked at Sanquin Oy once before, as Country Sales Manager between 2005 and 2008. Between the two periods she held marketing and management roles in the pharmaceutical sector in Finland: Business Unit Manager for Immunology at AbbVie Oy from January 2015 to November 2018, and Marketing Manager at ratiopharm Oy - Teva Finland from August 2008 to January 2015. Earlier in her career she was Marketing Manager at Leiras from 1998 to 2005 and Area Manager at Ferring Lääkkeet Oy from 1994 to 1998.
She holds a Master of Science in Biophysics from the University of Oulu.
