Pascal Doguet

Pascal Doguet is the co-founder and chief technology officer of Stimalia, which he co-founded in September 2025, and is based in Court. His stated expertise is in embedded systems. Since March 2024 he has also been a senior researcher at the Université libre de Bruxelles, and since March 2023 he has run IRISIA SRL, providing consultancy and development in medical devices and renewable energy.

From September 2013 to February 2023 he was a co-founder of Synergia Medical, where he served as chief operations and technology officer and QARA manager. He was chief technology officer of Neurotech sa from October 2005 to June 2013, overlapping with a period as R&D project leader at Sorin Group from November 2012 to June 2013, and worked as a renewable energy consultant through his own company from 2004 to 2012. Earlier roles included renewable energy design engineer at the Centre for Alternative Technology, radiotherapy chief engineer at the Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, research assistant on the MIVIP and ITUBR projects at the Université catholique de Louvain, and programmer analyst at CSC.

He holds a civil engineering degree in electrical and electronics engineering and a PhD in electronics from the Université catholique de Louvain, a DGCI Master in international cooperation from the DGCI Belgian Development Cooperation, and a European Master in Renewable Energy from Loughborough University and the Universidad de Zaragoza.
