Pascal Similon

Pascal Similon is the founder of hortus and is based in Fosse. He founded Hortus.ar in March 2021 and held that role until August 2025, and from August 2025 to August 2026 he teaches computing at the Athénée Royale de Florennes.

He has been managing director of Pepper One since 2005, and in January 2015 he founded ilovemy.jobs by Pepper1, which he also runs as managing director. Between March 2013 and August 2018 he managed Business1, a business centre in Fosses-la-Ville, and from March 2015 to April 2018 he was a member and founder of the All 4 One CRM Club. He served as an administrator of the Chambre Economique, de Commerce et d'Industrie CECI.business de la Ville de Fosses-la-Ville from February 2015 to December 2016. He was director consultant for Basse-Sambre and Entre-Sambre et Meuse at BNI Belgique from January 2014 to February 2015, and events coordinator at BNI Gosselies Airport from September 2014.

Earlier, he was managing director of Technology 4 HR from 2003 to March 2009 and co-owner of Spirit Systems from 1994 to 2005. He studied IT at IESN from 1992 to 1994, and also attended ITN.
