Paul Breugelmans
Paul Breugelmans is co-zaakvoerder of CELL, a role he has held since April 2021, and is based in Antwerp. Since September 2019 he has also been zaakvoerder of BKTEC, and between May 2014 and December 2020 he was zaakvoerder of E-VT.
