
Paul-Henri Lenaerts
Paul-Henri Lenaerts is the chief executive of tcofleet and is based in Antwerp. Since April 2025 he has been CEO of Shiftbox.
Before that he spent from October 2021 to March 2025 at AUTO1 Group as director for B2B, and from October 2019 to September 2021 he was a manager at a private equity fund. He joined Technicolor in April 2012, where he was key account manager until March 2015, then sales director for the Benelux, and from April 2017 to September 2019 business development director. Earlier he was a business manager at ALTEN BELGIUM from April 2010 to March 2012, and country manager for Belux at QRP International from August 2009 to April 2010.
Lenaerts completed a Master of Science in applied economic sciences at the University of Antwerp in 2009. He later took executive education in disruptive strategy at Harvard Business School in 2019 and in advanced valuation and strategy for M&A at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2020.
