Paul Meys
Paul Meys is the owner and founder of 3point, based in Antwerp, where he has been a managing partner since June 2023. Since October 2022 he has also worked in cyber security at MySec BV. His stated areas of expertise are information security, IT security operations, threat and vulnerability management, IT security assessments and project management.
He spent much of his career at Delen Private Bank, where he was chief information security officer from June 2008 to September 2022 and then a cyber and information security advisor from October 2022 to August 2023. He owned Milla IT & Services from 2007 to 2015, co-founded Offstage (r) in 2005, and was the business owner of Meat and Grease - Maatmakers BVBA from 2016 to 2021. Earlier he worked as an ICT consultant for Politie Antwerpen, as an ICT assistant with the Belgian Police, and as a technical call centre agent at Planet Internet from 1999 to 2005.
Meys studied applied informatics at Hogeschool Antwerpen and Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen, and has training from the SANS Institute in computer and information systems security.
