Paul Mozdziak
Paul Mozdziak is Chief Technology Officer at FlyBlast, a role he took up in March 2023, and is based in Belgium. He has been a consultant at Totoket Innovations since March 2021 and a visiting professor at the 1st Medicine faculty of Charles University in Prague since September 2014.

He studied animal science at Cornell University, graduating with a BS in 1989, and then moved to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he completed an MS in meat science and meat processing in 1991 and a PhD in muscle biology in 1994.
