Pauline Ro

Pauline Ro is a full stack developer and product owner at Bobex, based in Tubize. She joined Bobex as a full stack developer in September 2021 and took up her current combined role in February 2025.

She moved into development after training as a junior web developer at the Wild Code School between March and September 2021. Before that she was responsible for marketing and communication at Modulart S.A. - N.V. from June 2018 to April 2021, and spent nearly five years at Colruyt Group, where she worked as a copywriter, then as a marketing collaborator for DATS 24 and later as project manager for marketing communication at DATS 24.

Earlier in her career she was an intern and then an assistant in internal communication at Delhaize Belgique in 2013, a sports adviser at Decathlon, and held a student job at Screenvision Belgique. She holds a master's degree in public relations and image management from the Institut des Hautes Etudes des Communications Sociales, completed in 2013.
