Pedro Demets

Pedro Demets is chief executive officer of Loxxer, a role he took up in April 2026. He is based in Kortrijk.

Before joining Loxxer, he was chief operating officer of Rubio Monocoat from June 2021 to April 2026, and held the same role at Winsol Group from November 2017 to December 2020. From June 2011 to November 2017 he was vice president operations at Xeikon. Earlier in his career he worked in purchasing, as purchase manager at Trislot NV from August 2007 to July 2011, as a purchaser at VDL Jonckheere from 2005 to 2007, and as a purchaser at Barco special components from 2000 to 2005.

Demets studied at Sint Jozefinstituut from 1992 to 1994 and at Hantal and the Open Universiteit from 1996 to 1999, and completed a master's degree in bedrijfsbeheer at Open Universiteit Kulak between 2002 and 2004. He also holds a Black Belt in Lean Manufacturing.
