Peter Michiels

Peter Michiels joined Elia Group in 2017 and serves on the Executive Management Board as Chief Alignment Officer and Chief Human Resources and Internal Communication Officer. Before Elia Group he was Vice President Human Resources at Esko and HR Director EMEA at Huntsman. He has spoken publicly about cultural transformation, constructive conflict, and collaboration in industrial organisations.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from KU Leuven and a Master of Linguistics from the University of Antwerp. He was named Trends HR Manager of the Year in Belgium.
