Pierre-Yves Thomas
Pierre-Yves Thomas is the CTO of Afriwise, a role he has held since November 2022. He is based in Belgium.
Since April 2011 he has also been the founder, managing director and software architect of PythAgoria. Before that he spent a decade as a director at DBiT, from January 2001 to May 2011, having joined Groupe De Boeck as I.T. manager in August 1997. Earlier in his career he worked briefly as a technical consultant at Odyssey Asset Management Systems in 1997, as a project manager at SISEG from May 1995, and as an engineer and researcher at JEMA SA / CRC LLN from April 1994.
He graduated from the Université catholique de Louvain in 1993 as ingénieur civil électricien, électronique.
