Piet De Windt

Piet De Windt is a co-founder of VaultSpeed, based in Leuven, with stated expertise in data engineering, SaaS and data vault. Since April 2026 he has been chief executive of Mantyx and a board member of VaultSpeed. He joined VaultSpeed in April 2019 as chief sales officer, became chief executive officer in January 2021 and held that post until January 2025, after which he was VP of customer experience and strategic partnerships until April 2026. He was a partner at The Agile Information Factory from 2018 to 2021 and a partner at Tripwire Solutions from 2008 to 2018.

Earlier he was sales director at Nascom, and at Cegeka he was business manager business intelligence and then business unit manager CRM. He was sales director at Minevision, sales manager at the Speedport/Versatel group, account manager corporate sales at Proximus, and business development manager for Eastern Europe at Alcatel and Alcatel Cabling Systems.

He studied handelswetenschappen at HUB-EHSAL and later at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
