Pieter-Jan Deraedt
Pieter-Jan Deraedt is Chief Executive Officer of Amista and is based in Brussels. He took up the role in June 2026, having previously served the company as Chief Operations Officer from October 2025 to May 2026, as Managing Director BeLux from July 2023 to September 2025, as Chief Executive Officer from January 2022 to June 2023, and as Partner and Business Unit Manager Technology from December 2013 to December 2021.
Before joining Amista he worked as an SAP HANA Cloud Platform Architect at Danone and as an SAP Mobile Platform Consultant at Barco and at GSK. Earlier roles included SAP NetWeaver Consultant at Anheuser-Busch InBev, SAP CRM and Mobile Platform Consultant at Canguru, SAP CRM Consultant at Daikin Europe NV, and SAP CRM/NetWeaver Consultant at alti.cernum. He began with an SAP internship at Ordina Belgium in 2009.
He studied Computer Science, IT Business Management Solutions at Erasmushogeschool Brussel from 2007 to 2010.
