Quentin Boulanger

Quentin Boulanger is a co-founder of Cephor, a role he has held since January 2026. He is based in Vaux-sur-Sûre.

Before Cephor, he was co-founder and AI engineer at Resty from November 2025 to January 2026. He founded Zhu, where he was active from January 2023 to March 2026, and worked as a freelance web developer through Malt between April 2022 and January 2023. Earlier, he founded and developed SmartBlocus from January 2020 to June 2022, and founded RevoWind SRL with its project Handy, which he developed from January 2018 to March 2021. From September 2018 to February 2021 he was an entrepreneur at VentureLab Belgium.

Boulanger studied at Blair High School in 2017 and 2018, then took a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at the Université catholique de Louvain from 2019 to 2022, followed by a master's degree in civil engineering in computer sciences there, specialising in AI and networks, from 2022 to 2024. He completed a Master of International Business at KU Leuven between September 2024 and June 2025.
