Quentin Gemine
Quentin Gemine is the CEO and co-founder of blacklight-analytics. He is based in Péruwelz.
Before that, he worked as a pastry chef, holding the role at Domaine d'Arondeau from November 2018 to February 2020 and, previously, at L'EAU VIVE. Arbre from November 2015 to November 2018.
He studied technical and professional qualification in hotel and restaurant management at Ilon Saint Jacques Namur from 2011 to 2013, having earlier obtained a transitional technical diploma in applied sciences at IATA, the Institut d'Enseignement des Arts Techniques Sciences et Artisanats, between 2008 and 2010. He completed the pastry worker training at IFAPME between September 2013 and June 2014, and in 2022 took a baker-pastry chef qualification through the jury central in Namur.
