Quinten Rosseel

Quinten Rosseel is a co-founder of Ella Energy AI, a role he took up in April 2026. He is based in Brussels and works in lakehouse architecture, Databricks, Apache Spark ML, data science and machine learning.

Before that he was an AI engineer at Wobby.ai from August 2024 to April 2026. He joined Atlas Copco in February 2023 as a data scientist working on knowledge graphs and graph machine learning, then moved to a data and ML platform engineering and architecture role there until August 2024. He was also CTO of Nemeon from April 2023 to August 2024 and an advisory board member at Cronos from September 2023 to August 2024. He founded dotdash in September 2021 and was its managing partner until August 2024, having earlier founded Humain, now part of RoboRana, where he was managing partner from September 2019 to January 2022.

His earlier roles include graph data scientist at VRT, big data engineer at Volvo Group, knowledge graph engineer at Slowby, data scientist at UNILIN and at Bingli, a digital creative internship at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, and graphic web design and service marketing work at SWIFT.

Rosseel studied applied computer science at Erasmushogeschool Brussel from 2013 to 2016, completed a bridging programme in computer science at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and took a master's in artificial intelligence there from 2017 to 2019.
