Raphael Jozeau
Raphael Jozeau is the founder and managing partner of Novera, which he founded in October 2017. He is based in Brussels. He has also served on the board of Data Wizards since September 2022 and on the board of Hive to Hive since March 2025.
Before founding Novera, he was a consultant at Deloitte Digital from June 2015 to October 2017. Prior to that he spent three years at LSM Conseil, first as head of the engineering business unit from June 2012 and then as chief executive officer from June 2014 until June 2015.
He holds a master's degree in civil engineering, electromechanics, from the Université catholique de Louvain.
