Rember Verbuyst
Rember Verbuyst is chief executive officer of appdate, a role he has held since February 2020, and is based in Belgium. He has also been managing partner of BusinessforBusiness GCV since September 2008. Between October 2020 and December 2024 he was general manager of Intelligent Systems BV.
Verbuyst spent from September 2006 to January 2020 at Microsoft, where he was partner sales manager until June 2012, then audit and software asset manager until September 2016, then worked in cloud business development before taking up a sales executive role from July 2017 until January 2020. Earlier, from October 1999 to September 2006, he was partner business manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
He holds a Master of Laws from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and a bachelor's degree in commercial engineering and a master's degree in applied economics from the University of Antwerp.
