Renato Primavera

Renato Primavera is based in Liège, where he founded Quadratic in November 2013 and works as its manager, software engineer and GIS expert. He also co-founded OptAGRI, serving as geodata and geoprocessing expert from November 2018 to July 2020, and was a founding member, administrator and vice-president of WalDigiFarm ASBL between February 2019 and February 2021.

At the Service public de Wallonie he was a Java architect and GIS expert from September 2012 to October 2016, and from November 2016 to May 2019 was project manager, Java architect and GIS expert on the PAC-on-Web portal. During 2015 he was CTO and R&D team manager at Oscars S.A.

Earlier, Primavera was a software engineer and GIS expert at NextLab from March 2012 to October 2013, a GIS project engineer in the geospatial business unit of Intergraph SG&I, a GIS software engineer at ERDAS and before that at Ionic Software, a freelance at Indeep Software Development, and a Java developer at Manex from July 2001 to March 2004. He studied computer science at the University of Liège, taking a master's degree between 1998 and 2002.
