Renaud Demarneffe

Renaud Demarneffe is a cofounder of i-pulses, based in Liège. He cofounded the company in February 2018 and serves as its CTO and data scientist.

Before that he spent more than eleven years at NRB, which he joined in October 2006 as a functional application manager. From 2012 onwards he held a succession of roles there, working as a functional integrator and as an information technology project manager, then from May 2014 as a migration architect and business expert, and from September 2015 until February 2018 as a big data architect and solution manager for design in BI-analytics.

He began his career as a software engineer at EURESYS from September 2004 to October 2006, having previously worked as an assistant at the Université de Liège across three academic years between 2001 and 2004. He studied at the University of Liège from 1999 to 2004, graduating as a Master of Civil Engineer in informatics, and completed his secondary education in the scientific orientation at the Athénée Royal Ardenne – Hautes Fagnes of Stavelot.
