Rinor Sojeva is the CEO and co-founder of innosolutions, a company he co-founded in December 2019. He is based in Brussels. Since June 2024 he has been a laureate of Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles.
Before founding InnoSolutions, Sojeva completed a university internship at Actiris between February and April 2019, with the FSE service on digital transition. From February 2016 to September 2018 he was vice-president of VLERA, an Albanian student organisation, and between June 2016 and June 2017 he worked in retail sales at HUGO BOSS.
Sojeva studied for a master in European policies at the Institute for European Studies at the ULB (IEE-ULB) from 2018 to 2020. He obtained his secondary school diploma in general education at the Collège Sainte-Marie in Mouscron, which he attended from 2008 to 2014.
