Rob Rooijakkers

Rob Rooijakkers is Chief Operating Officer of Banqup S.A., a role he has held since May 2019, and since June 2022 he has also been VP Operations at Banqup Group. He is based in Heusden. Between January 2023 and December 2025 he was a member of the Product Coordination Team at Banqup Group.

Before that he spent three years at Unifiedpost Group, joining as Business Manager in March 2016, then serving as Sector Head and, from September 2017 to August 2019, as Business & Partner Manager. He was Program Manager at BNP Paribas Factoring from April 2012 to July 2013 and Project Officer to the CEO at Fortis Commercial Finance Holding from January 2009 to March 2012. His career began at Finodis, where from December 2005 he worked as Portfolio Manager, Delivery Project Manager, Business Consultant and finally Business Development Manager until March 2016.

He studied Business Economics at Hogeschool 's-Hertogenbosch and took a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Business Administration - Management of Innovation at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
