Robert Goncear

Robert Goncear is a co-founder of Baseloop, where he has worked on growth since August 2023. He is based in Antwerp.

Before that, he held several roles at Better Growth, joining in August 2022 as a go-to-market expert and becoming head of growth in January 2023, and remaining a member of the organisation until August 2025. He was a growth marketer at Bagaar from April 2022 to March 2023, and a growth marketing consultant at Double Agency from November 2021 to March 2022. From October 2018 to September 2022 he worked as a freelance growth marketer through Goncear Ventures, and between January 2017 and October 2018 he was a co-founder of C4Fame, responsible for sales and marketing.

He studied Internationaal Ondernemen at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences in 2016 and 2017, after two years of Financiën en verzekeringswezen at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
