Roderik van der Veer
Roderik van der Veer is the CTO and co-founder of SettleMint, a company he founded in August 2016. He is based in Dubai, and states expertise in blockchain, TypeScript, Kubernetes and technology leadership.
Earlier in 2016 he founded Blockchain Vlaanderen, which he ran until December of that year. From December 2016 to March 2024 he was CTO of Databroker, a role he held alongside his work at SettleMint. Before that he spent close to six years at Kunstmaan as technology director, from October 2010 to September 2016, having previously worked at Smartlounge as an IT project manager and developer from September 2005 to September 2010.
He studied computer science at UC Leuven-Limburg, completing a bachelor's degree in 2005.
