Roel Boeck

Roel Boeck is the founder of MyJobbox, an HR tech venture he started in January 2025, and is based in Antwerp. He states expertise in talent acquisition strategy.

He has been with Sodeva Consulting & Development since August 2003, joining as a consultant, becoming business unit manager in November 2007 and taking up the role of director in October 2009, a position he still holds. He was also the initiator of Peopleship from January 2020 to December 2021, and founded WiSE People, an HR tech venture he ran from January 2022 to December 2024.

Boeck studied organizational psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, completing a master's degree between 1999 and 2003.
