ROEL DE CONINCK
Roel De Coninck is the founder of dnergy and is based in Québec. Since 2022 he has been a project manager for buildings at Sentiers Québec-Charlevoix, where he also took up the role of deputy director in March 2026. Between November 2019 and March 2021 he worked as an eco-adviser at Coop de l'arbre, and from November 2008 to November 2018 he was a cabinetmaking trainer at Cire-Constance. He began his career as a community social worker at Liever Thuis vzw, a position he held from October 2003 to 2008.
He studied social work at Arteveldehogeschool from 1998 to 2002, and later completed a vocational diploma in cabinetmaking at the Institut Diderot Bruxelles between 2004 and 2006.
