Roger Lemmens

Roger Lemmens is managing director of Be-Mobile, a role he took up in January 2026, and is based in Gent. From January 2024 to December 2025 he was chief operating officer of PSG - Technology & Science, and from June 2024 to December 2025 he sat on the board of directors of ATG Europe.

Between January 2014 and December 2023 he was director of digital technologies and transformation at imec, where he also served on the board and investment committee of the imec.istart fund from 2015 to 2023. He held board seats at Health House vzw from 2015 to 2023, at Blue Health Innovation Centre from 2015 to 2023, at FibriCheck from 2016 to 2023, at MEDVIA from 2022 to 2023 and at Wintercircus Ghent during 2023. In 2015 he co-founded Ectosense and sat on its board until October 2021.

Earlier he was chief executive of ZORGI from 2007 to 2013 and managing director of RealDolmen from 2002 to 2007, following roles as operations manager at Pietercil Delby's and at NMC sa, and a traineeship at Kemira Oy. He studied civil engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology and completed an MBA at Vlerick Business School in 2002.
