Ruben Van Roosbroeck
Ruben Van Roosbroeck is the founder and director of meep, which he started in April 2022. He is based in Gavere.
Before founding meep, he worked at Antelope Dx as a senior scientist in assay development from December 2019 to April 2022, and at Scanogen Inc. as a senior scientist between November 2017 and January 2019. Earlier, from July 2014 to April 2017, he was a product development engineer at JSR Micro.
He carried out his PhD at imec from October 2009 to June 2014. He studied chemistry at KU Leuven, completing a Master of Science in 2009, after finishing the Wiskunde-Wetenschappen humaniora programme at Damiaaninstituut Aarschot in 2004.
