Rufat Aliyev

Rufat Aliyev is a co-founder and chief operating officer of qubit, based in Gent. He co-founded the company in July 2023. From June 2023 to June 2024 he worked as a blockchain developer at Fujitsu, and before that, between February 2022 and July 2023, he was a game developer at nDreams.

He studied at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, completing a postgraduate degree in Blockchain Development & Architecture between September 2022 and June 2023. He had earlier obtained a bachelor's degree in game development and programming at Howest - Digital Arts and Entertainment, from September 2019 to June 2022. He received his high school diploma in Economics-Sciences from Voskenslaan in June 2019.
