Sanne Schouteden

Sanne Schouteden is a product owner at PeopleWare, based in Brussels, a role she took up in April 2025. Before that she spent more than seven years at Elmos, where she was a legal and people operations advisor from May 2017 to December 2024. She began her career at Partena, working in human resources payroll from February 2016 to May 2017.

She studied law at Hasselt University, completing a Bachelor of Laws in 2013, and then at the University of Antwerp, where she obtained a Master of Laws in February 2016 with a major in social law and a minor in business law. Between October 2022 and June 2024 she followed an Executive MBA at Antwerp Management School.
