Serge Devillers

Serge Devillers is co-founder and chief executive of hooba, a company he started in September 2021 and which he runs from Brussels. Between January 2023 and January 2025 he was a lauréat of Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles.

Before hooba, Devillers worked in finance roles across several industrial and consumer goods companies. He was a finance business partner for commercial product at Bridgestone EMEA from March 2018 to February 2022, and before that commercial controller for EMEA at Ingersoll Rand from December 2016 to March 2018. He spent eight years in the Danone group, joining in October 2008 as junior purchasing and supply chain controller, then serving as financial planner and overheads controller, as Benelux sales and marketing controller at Nutricia, and finally as senior sales controller and Benelux PRGM manager until December 2016. In 2007 he worked in management engineering at EUROCONTROL.

He studied management at the Université catholique de Louvain from 2002 to 2007, graduating as ingénieur de gestion.
